The
sequence in which exercises are performed consist of core, assistance,
prehabilition and core stability in order to delay neuromuscular fatigue,
maintain technique and reduce risk of injury. Exercises are push/pull
alternated in order to increase recovery between sets. Stretches are to be
completed at the end of the resistance program due to an increase in muscle
temperature enables a greater magnitude of stretch without risk of injury.
